Largo Police Issue Warrant For Arrest Of Accused Shooter

LARGO, FL — Largo Police have issued a warrant for the arrest of a 20-year-old man wanted in the deadly shooting at the Autumn Chase Apartments Sunday.

Largo Police were called to the apartment complex around 10 p.m. July 7 and found a 22-year-old man dead of a gunshot wound to the back.

Detectives discovered that the unnamed man had been lured to the apartment complex to buy marijuana. Instead, he was robbed by three people.

Witnesses provided a description of the robbers, leading to the arrest of Gavin Griffin, 18, and a 17-year-old. Both confessed to the robbery.

Police are now searching for the accused shooter, Ryan Elliott, aka Hundo Rich. He is considered armed and dangerous.
