Largo Police Officer Shoots Man During Domestic Disturbance Call

LARGO, FL — The Largo Police Department is investigating an officer-involved shooting that occurred on at 9:40 a.m. Tuesday on Kent Drive North.

Police were called to a home for a domestic violence disturbance. Largo Police have not explained the circumstances that led to the shooting and have not released the name of the man who was shot or the officer involved.

The man was taken to the hospital where he is listed in stable condition.
