Largo Woman Accused Of Running Drug House Across From Park
A 60-year-old Largo woman was arrested Friday after being accused of selling drugs out of her home.

LARGO, FL — A 60-year-old Largo woman was arrested Friday after being accused of selling drugs out of her home.
Largo police said they received a tip from the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office that Ellen Davis Sozio was selling drugs out of her house at 204 Woodrow Ave., across the street from Woodrow Park.
Largo police put Sozio’s home under surveillance and conducted four traffic stops on people leaving the home, finding oxycodone, alprazolam and hydrochloride during their searches. Two of those stopped admitted to purchasing the drugs from Sozio.

During the surveillance, Largo police also said they saw Sozio meet customers outside her home.
During a search of Sozio's home, police said they found alprazolam (Xanax) and oxycodone as well as a bag of marijuana.
Sozio was charged with operating a drug house, one count each of possession of marijuana, oxycodone, alprazolam and drug paraphernalia.

She was released from jail on a $5,300 bond.
