Local Home Health Care Franchise Owners Recognized for Superior Customer Satisfaction

Local entrepreneurs and BrightStar Care owners, Robin and Ellen Hazel were recently recognized at the BrightStar Care national conference.

TAMPA, Fla. – Local entrepreneurs and BrightStar Care owners, Robin and Ellen Hazel were recently recognized at the BrightStar Care national conference as the distinguished recipients of the company’s Customer Satisfaction Award.

BrightStar Care is a national franchise with more than 260 locations that provide medical and non-medical care to private clients within their homes, as well as supplemental care staff to corporate clients. BrightStar Care offers a range of compassionate, person-centered care to people of all ages, from infants to seniors while also offering disease-specific care for individuals with chronic conditions.

Surrounded by fellow colleagues at the franchise’s national conference in Phoenix, the Hazels were recognized for achieving top customer satisfaction as measured by their Net Promoter Score and for exhibiting superior customer service to their clients. BrightStar Care is the only national home care franchise to measure client satisfaction by using Press Ganey β€” the recognized leader in health-care performance improvement. BrightStar Care recognized the Hazels as a result of their determination to please their customers and for representing the brand in a great way. For this award, the Hazels were recognized for their highest overall score throughout the system.

The Hazel’s journey to BrightStar Care began after Robin completed a successful career in corporate America. It was then that he and Ellen decided to chase their entrepreneurial dreams and started researching franchise opportunities. Looking for a more β€œhuman” connection, they made the choice to invest in the in-home care franchise and haven’t looked back since. Currently, the Hazels are caring for roughly 120 families and employ more than 150 people. Their business has exploded in the couple was recently recognized for breaking the β€˜year two revenue record’ after they saw a 214 percent increase in sales in one year.
