Man Accused Of Robbing Largo Bank Apprehended

LARGO, FL — A man accused of robbing the Wells Fargo bank in Largo Saturday has been arrested in West Palm Beach.

Largo Police said Anthony Richard Williams was arrested overnight. In addition to the bank robbery, Williams is facing felony charges for ramming West Palm Beach Police Department cruisers while attempting to flee in a stolen car, according to police.

Williams, 48, is accused of robbing the bank at 1180 Jasper St., Largo, Saturday at 9:47 a.m. No weapon or vehicle was seen.
