Man Accused In Stabbing Death Of Largo Woman

LARGO, FL — Largo Police have arrested a man on first-degree murder charges following the stabbing death of a woman on Wednesday.

According to Largo Police, officers responded to a call at 6:38 p.m. at an apartment at 152 3rd St. N.W. and discovered a woman dead from multiple stab wounds.

An investigation led detectives to Christopher Keith Gilley, 55, who was an acquaintance of the victim. He's being held in the Pinellas County Jail.

Due to Marsy's Law, which protects the identities of crime victims, the woman's name has not been released.
