Man Dies After Being Hit By Surburban Crossing Largo Road

LARGO, FL — A pedestrian was killed Tuesday night in a crash in front of the Dublin House Pub at 479 Seminole Blvd, Largo.

At 10:40 p.m., witnesses told Largo police that a man left the bar, entered the northbound lane in front of a parked construction truck, looked both ways and then began crossing the road.

A Chevrolet Suburban heading north failed to see the man crossing and struck him.

The man was taken to the hospital where he died.

The road will be shut down until about 2 a.m., police said.
