Meghan Brannon Aims For College With A Gymnastics Scholarship

Seventeen-year-old Meghan Brannon has been training in gymnastics since she was two-years-old. She hopes to attend college with a gymnastics scholarship.

Accomplishment: Meghan Brannon earned first place in the 2010 Eastern National for Gymnastics. Brannon also completed additional high school credits to earn early graduation from Osceola Fundamental High School.

Brannon is an active, friendly and smart young woman. She is a determined student who doubled up on extra classes throughout high school. With those additional credits she earned the opportunity to graduate early, in December 2011.

Brannon is a lifelong gymnast. She started at the age of two. Brannon now trains almost every day. She attends La Fleur's Gymnastics Club six days a week. Her tireless efforts paid off - she earned first place in the 2010 Eastern National for Gymnastics.

She is also active in school sports as one of Osceola's football cheerleaders. Her cheerleading training requires a commitment of two practice days per week and summer camp.

As if her schedule wasn't full enough, Brannon also works as a part-time receptionist at .

Brannon hopes to attend West Chester University of Pennsylvania on a gymnatics scholarship.
