Patch Picks: Five Romantic Places To Eat on Valentine's Day in Largo

Take your honey out for a romantic dinner on Valentine's weekend. To help out in the selection here are five places we recommend.

  1. This is fine dining, steaks and wine at its best. Spend the evening on Friday through Monday (Valentine’s Day weekend) at this restaurant and you’ll enjoy live music from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and grab a deal on lobster and steak. Their Valentine’s Day deal is a dinner for two for $69.95. This includes: two lobster tails, two filet mignon, salad, baked potatoes, vegetables and cheesecake for dessert.
  2. This tapas bar and restaurant brings out the spirit of the Catalan region of Spain. If you’re a wine lover this restaurant is heaven sent. Here you’ll find a long list of Spanish and Portuguese wines that range from $6 to $9 a glass. There’s also red, white and sparkling sangria for $16.75 for a small pitcher and $32.50 for a large pitcher.   1. Go South, Mexican Style: For a more casual experience with flare stop by and have the best salsa and chips, enchiladas and fajitas on this side of the border.   2. Buddha Love: Lovers who want to make their night out an Asian experience should head to in Largo. The Asian décor, sound of the fountain and Buddha statue blend in with the smell of saffron and jasmine coming from the kitchen. There’s a backdrop of Asian music that will turn this Valentine’s Day into a cultural experience. Your entrée is served with a Jasmine flower and accompanied by great service.   3. Sushi for Valentine:"I think I'm turning Japanese, I really think so." If you like the raw experience then head on out to Sushi Kabuki in Largo. This Japanese restaurant has a nice romantic feel and a great selection of vegetarian dishes. They are known for their spicy tuna bowl and Yaki Soba. They are closed on Sunday so plan for a Saturday or Monday night dinner. Sushi Kabuki is located at 0801 Starkey Rd, Largo.
