Police Blotter: Feb. 17- 22
The following people were arrested for felonies from Feb. 17-22. The reports are based on records collected from the Largo Police Department and the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office.
Friday, Feb. 17
Thomas Scott Brown, 57, of Largo was arrested on the charge of domestic felony battery. Bond was set at $10,000.
Michael Allan Cain, 45, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of possession of oxycodone, retail theft and possession of marijuana. He was released on bond on Feb. 18.

Shane Andrew Nesbitt, 22, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of VOP grand theft and criminal mischief. Bond was set at $2,000.
Debra Carol Rodola, 53, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of domestic felony battery. Bond was set at $5,000.

Saturday, Feb. 18
Jennifer Lynn Betterly, 24, of Pinellas Park, was arrested on the charges of aggravated battery, possession of zolpidem, driving while license was suspended or revoked, reckless driving with property damage, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, DUI, and driving while license was suspended or revoked with one prior. She was released on bond on Feb. 19.
Dean Mitchell Caldwell, 24, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of sale of marijuana, sale of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a place of worship, unlawful use of two-way communications device, possession of oxycodone, and possession of marijuana (two counts). Total bond was set at $66,010.
Grant Charles Denton, 31, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of robbery strong arm and criminal mischief. Total bond was set at $12,000.
Sunday, Feb. 19
Robert William Melen, 30, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charges of failure to appear disorderly conduct and failure to appear obstruction/resisting officer without violence. Total bond was set at $7,526.
Monday, Feb. 20
Dondi Star Alyea, 34, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of DUI/causing seriously bodily injury, leaving the scene of a crash involving injury, and DUI with property damage. She was released on bond on Feb. 20.
Tina Jantschek, 23, of St. Petersburg, was arrested on charges of possession of hydromorphone hydrochloride and VOP possession of alprazolam. Bond was set at $2,000.
Toney Samuel Lowe, 27, of Largo, was arrested on charges of possession of cocaine and leaving the scene of an accident with property damage. He was released on bond on Feb. 20.
Emily Nicole Melnick, 27, of Pinellas Park, was arrested on the charge of criminal use of personal ID information. She was released on bond on Feb. 21.
Shayna Colleen Shedlock, 31, of Deltona, was arrested on charges of DUI (4th or subsequent offense and driving while license is suspended or revoked- third offense. Total bond was set at $15,000.
Tuesday, Feb. 21
Wesley Earl Allen, 21, of Largo, was arrested on charges of VOP possession of clonazepam and failure to appear possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $513.
Terrence Louis Dawson, 28, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of robbery- strong arm. He was released on bond on Feb. 22.
Armand L Garcia, 52, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of retail theft and VOP retail theft. Total bond was set at $3,000.
Benjamin Michael Shostle, 43, of Largo, was arrested on charges of failure to appear possession of hydrocodone and failure to appear inhalation of harmful chemical. Total bond was set at $27,026.
Wednesday, Feb. 22
Jamie Thomas Prescott, 30, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of fleeing and eluding police officer (two counts). He was released on bond on Feb. 23.
Tony L Wells, 44, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charge of sexual activity (familial authority). Bond was set at $100,000.
