Police Blotter: Feb. 4-11
The following people were arrested for felonies from Feb. 4-11. The reports are based on records collected from the Largo Police Department and the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office.
Saturday, Feb. 4
April Yvette Leon, 25, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of neglect of a child and possession of hydrocodone. She was released on a surety bond on Feb. 6.

James Donald Florian, 31, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of burglary of an unoccupied dwelling, failure to appear (felony), obstruction of justice/disguised person, and criminal mischief. Total bail was set at $15,300.
Randall Honaker, 44, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of domestic battery by strangulation, aggravated domestic assault, and tampering with a state witness. Total bail was set at $20,000.

Kevin James Nall, 19, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of domestic battery, burglary of an occupied dwelling, simple battery, and false verification of ownership. Total bail was set at $17,000.
Shannon Woods, 40, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charge of felony battery (one or more priors). She was released on Feb. 6.
Monday, Feb. 6
Geramy Ryle Feather, 28. of Largo, was arrested on the charge of VOP felony battery. He was released to another county on Feb. 9.
Joseph Keith Holden, 45, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of selling/possession with intent to sell of a counterfeit substance. Bail was set at $5,000.
Sean Michael Lamparski, 37, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of dealing in stolen property. He was released on a surety bond on Feb. 6.
Tuesday, Feb. 7
Almeatha Capehart, 45, of Largo, was arrested on charges of possession of paraphernalia and possession of cocaine. She was released on a surety bond on Feb. 8.
Julie Margaret Cecchini, 42, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charge of retail theft. She was released on Feb. 8.
Lyn Ann Marie Ford, 47, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charges of possession of paraphernalia and possession of crack cocaine residue. She was released on a surety bond on Feb. 9.
Terry Glover, 54, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charges of driving while license was suspended or revoked and VOP driving while license was suspended or revoked. Total bail was set at $250.
Ronald Hefley, 20, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of grand theft from a dwelling, burglary, retail theft, armed home invasion robbery, and auto burglary. Total bail was set at $20,150.
Guy Alexis Stokes, 57, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of failure to appear battery of a law enforcement officer. Bail was set at $15,000.
Kelly Mae Tate, 30, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charges of obstruction of justice/disguised person and VOP possession of a controlled substance.
Octavio Walker, 22, of St. Petersburg, was arrested on the charges of unlawful use of two-way communications device, possession of cocaine (two counts), possession of a controlled substance, and sale of cocaine (two counts). Total bail was set at $16,001.
Wednesday, Feb. 8
Angela M. Citron, 29, of Tampa, was arrested on the charges of resisting arrest without violence-obstruction and hold doc.#T29022 escape.
Ana Ivette Creus, 36, of Pinellas Park, was arrested on the charges of concealing information to obtain oxycodone (five counts), obtaining oxycodone by fraud (five counts), trafficking in oxycodone, and VOP doctor shopping (two counts). Total bail was set at $150,000.
Landon James Hall, 21, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of fraudulent use of a credit card. Bail was set at $2,000.
Jaqueeba Elaine Marshall, 32, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charges of retail theft felony, VOP trafficking stolen property, grand theft, and fraudulent use of a credit card (eight counts). Total bail was set at $19,000.
Mark Allen Roberts, 48, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charge of felony domestic battery. Bail was set at $10,000.
Thursday, Feb. 9
Akil Deyon Biglow, 31, of St. Petersburg, was arrested on the charge of grand theft. He was released on a surety bond on Feb. 9.
Keith Thomas Brady, 30, of St. Petersburg, was arrested on the charges of VOP failure to appear, felony driving while license is suspended or revoked (third offense), and VOP driving while license is suspended or revoked. Total bail was set at $5,000.
Stephanie Paige Francioso, 18, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charges of unlawful use of a two-way communications device, possession of oxycodone (two counts) and sale of oxycodone (two counts). Total bail was set at $29.000.
Christian Daniel Guzman, 19, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charge of criminal use of personal identification information. He was released on a surety bond on Feb. 9.
Shashana Lesheema Hall, 28, of St. Petersburg, was arrested on the charge of petit theft (felony two prior convictions). She was released on a surety bond on Feb. 10.
Christopher Lee Kelly, 43, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of felony battery. Bail was set at $5,000.
Domenic Charles Kindberg, 31, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of concealing information to obtain a prescription (ten counts). Bail was set at $20,000.
Jose Luis Lucas, 21, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of possession of oxycodone, trespass in structure or conveyance, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, and possession of paraphernalia. Total bail was set at $7,400.
Kassin Carlos Rodriguez, 25, of St. Petersburg, was arrested on the charges of possession of marijuana, driving while license is suspended or revoked (one prior), and possession of a controlled substance (cocaine). He was released on a surety bond on Feb. 10.
Friday, Feb. 10
Claudia Margaret Cerra, 26, of Palm Harbor, was arrested on charges of possession of oxycodone and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released on bond on Feb. 10.
Theodore P. Dallas, 28, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of child abuse. He was released on bond on Feb. 10.
Jacques Valentino Ferbee, 22, of St. Petersburg, was arrested on the charges of VOP sale of cocaine, sale of cocaine (three counts), possession of cocaine (three counts), and unlawful use of a two-way communication device. Total bail was set at $36,100.
Justin Bernard Glenn, 26, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charges neglect of a child, possession of marijuana with intent to sell and driving while license is suspended or revoked. He was released on bond on Feb. 10.
Robert Edward Patterson, 43, of Largo, was arrested on the charge retail theft (prior convictions). Bail was set at $500.
Darrious Javone Pompey, 24, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charges of possession of marijuana and driving while license is suspended or revoked (habitual offender). He was released on bond on Feb. 10.
Michael James Small, 18, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of attempted burglary (two counts) and burglary (unoccupied conveyance- two counts).
Nicholas Andrew Sundstrom, 18, of Dunedin, was arrested on charges of tampering with physical evidence and possession of marijuana. He was released on bond on Feb. 11.
Edward Duane Washington, 52, of Oldsmar, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of methadone, possession of morphine, and driving while license is suspended revoked- call of court. He was released on bond on Feb. 11.
Saturday, Feb. 11
Branden Favre, 23, of Pinellas Park was arrested on the charges of VOP grand theft and driving while license was suspended or revoked. Bail was set at $250.
Tyron Justin Gray, 22, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of possession of cocaine. He was released on bond on Feb. 11.
David Peckham, 20, of Seminole, was arrested on the charge of VOP burglary, possession of a controlled substance, and VOP false verification of ownership. Bail was set at $2,000.
