Police Blotter: March 15-21
The following people were arrested for felonies from March 15-21. The reports are based on records collected from the Largo Police Department and the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office.

Thursday, March 15
Heather Crystal Rehka, 24, was arrested on charges of conspiracy to traffick analog substance and principal to trafficking controlled analog substance. Total bond was set at $50,000.
Justin James Wayne, 26, of Largo, was arrested on charges of felony battery (domestic related) and battery on a law enforcement officer. Total bond was set at $7,500.

Friday, March 16
Steven Gregory Burke, 31, of Sarasota, was arrested on the charge of felony grand theft. Bond was set at $2,000.

Damon Russell Hughes, 40, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of petit theft, simple domestic assault and tamper with witness. Total bond was set at $4,250.
Donald Kinnin, 55, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of felony domestic battery. Bond was set at $15,000.
Melody Kahealani McPeek, 27, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charges of grand theft (seven counts), scheme to defraud, and petit theft. Total bond was set at $35,150.
Saturday, March 17
April Durham, 32, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of retail theft (two prior convictions). She was released on March 18.
Rachel Mareel Johnson, 21, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of tampering with physical evidence, failure to appear obstructing or resisting, providing false name to law enforcement, and possession of marijuana. She was released on March 17.
Douglas Michael Wiley, 26, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of violation of parole grand theft and simple battery. Bond was set at $100.
Sunday March 18
Richard Allen Beverly, 24, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charges of VOP sale or delivery of oxycodone, VOP burglary unoccupied dwelling, possession of alprazolam, and possession of cocaine with intent. Bond was set at $20,000.
Kimberly Diane Cormier, 45, of Redington Shores, was arrested on the charge of battery on health service personnel. Bond was set at $500.
Andrea Draughn, 34, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of VOP possession of alprazolam, VOP withholding information from practitioner, and retail theft (three counts). Bond was set at $1,000.
Cory Allen Mitchell, 29, of Holiday, was arrested on the charges of possession of marijuana and possession of controlled substance. He was released on March 18.
Monday March 19
Heather Christine Hart, 20, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of principle to traffick controlled analog substance. She was released on March 21.
David Bruce Orwig, 41, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of retail theft and dealing in stolen property. He was released on March 20.
Nicholas Robert Salafia, 28, of St. Petersburg, was arrested on the charges of possession clonazepam, aggravated domestic assault, possession of crack cocaine, domestic battery, obstructing or resisting an officer without violence and possession of hydromorphone. Bond was set at $4,650.
Timothy Paul Yarbrough, 28, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of VOP criminal mischief, VOP resisting with violence, felony battery and VOP battery. Bond was set at $5,000.
Tuesday, March 20
Alexander Johnson Cabastian, 20, of Clearwater was arrested on charges of carrying concealed firearm, and possession of marijuana with intent to sell. He was released on March 20.
Ahmad Cleondrus Caldwell, 26. of Largo, was arrested on the charge of battery felony domestic related. Bond was set at $2,000.
Kyle Joseph Landreth, 18, of Seminole, was arrested on the charges of carrying concealed firearm and possession of alprazolam. He was released on March 21.
Johny Rosas, 28, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of aggravated assault and battery. Bond was set at $11,000.
Wayne William Wilson, 29, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of possession of dilaudid, driving while license was suspended or revoked one prior, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on March 20.
Wednesday, March 21
Sami Abrham, 26, of Palm Harbor, was arrested on the charge of sale of narcotic paraphernalia. He was released on March 21.
Jonathan Patrick Brown, 34, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of driving while license was suspended or revoked (two counts), VOP sale of cocaine, leaving the scene of a crash with property damage, and possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell (three counts). Total bond was set at $32,250.
Mohab Maher Shafik Farag, 28, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charge of sale of narcotic paraphernalia. He was released on March 22.
Landon James Hall, 22, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of dealing in stolen property, fraudulent use of personal ID info, forgery, and petit theft. Total bond was set at $30,150.
Yu Hua Huang, 46, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of sale of paraphernalia. She was released on March 21.
Anthony Michael Lockinour, 19, of Dunedin, was arrested on the charges of possession of a controlled substance and VOP felon in possession of weapon/ammo. Bond was set at $2,000.
William Lee Pendley, 41, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of driving while license was suspended or revoked and DUI crash with property damage. Total bond was set at $5,500.
Zyad Quisini, 43, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charge of sale of narcotic paraphernalia. He was released on March 21.
Arun Raj, 27, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of sale of paraphernalia and intent to sale counterfeit. He was released on March 22.
Carol Ann Taber, 52, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of sale of paraphernalia. She was released on March 21.
