Police Blotter: March 22-28
The following people were arrested for felonies from March 22-28. The reports are based on records collected from the Largo Police Department and the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office.

Thursday, March 22
James Russell Dent, 53, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of DUI. He was released on March 22.
Richard Joos, 31, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of withholding information to obtain a prescription (eight counts) and obtaining a controlled substance by fraud/misrepresentation. He was released on March 23.

Noorali Dawoodali Mandani, 57, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charge of sale of paraphernalia. He was released on March 22.
Andrew Jacob Mercer, 29, of St. Petersburg, was arrested on the charge of hold DOC# R30101 escape. He was released to the Department of Corrections on March 27.

Salah Khammat Mijbil, 22, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charge of sale of narcotic paraphernalia. He was released on March 22.
Rhonda Pruitt, 35, of Tampa, was arrested on the charge of obstruction/court/ordered FTA drug. She was released to another county on March 27.
Kathleen Russell, 44, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of neglect of a child and child abuse. Total bond was set at $5,000.
Yathukulan Suthakaran, 22, of Oldsmar, was arrested on the charge of sale of paraphernalia. He was released on March 22.
Friday, March 23
Cheri Bell, 28, of St. Petersburg, was arrested on the charge of criminal mischief. She was released on March 23.
Omar Bell, 53, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charge of possession of cocaine. He was released on March 24.
Terry Glover, 54, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charge of VOP driving while license was suspended or revoked.
Raymond Brandon Marry, 23, of St. Petersburg, was arrested on the charges of failure to appear felony battery (two counts), failure to appear battery, failure to appear, obstruction by disguised person, driving while license was suspended or revoked, and violation of probation driving while license was suspended or revoked (three counts). Total bond was set at $125,715.
Saturday, March 24
Duane Edward Cuthrell, 40, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charge of failure to appear contempt.
Deanne Kaye OConnell, 43, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of possession of oxycodone and DUI. She was released on March 24.
Stuart William Triplett, 20, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charge of possession of a controlled substance. He was released on March 25.
Sunday, March 25
Christina Lynn Mathis, 24, of St. Petersburg, was arrested on the charges of possession of oxycodone and VOP dealing in stolen property. Bond was set at $2,000.
Monday, March 26
Jason L. Davis, 32, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of aggravated battery (pregnant female). He was released on March 26.
Joshua Bruce Maxson, 23, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of VOP criminal mischief and burglary dwelling (occupied). Bond was set at $10,000.
Kyle Michael Peacoe, 19, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charge of resisting an officer without violence, aggravated battery and battery- strike or touch. Bond was set at $10,150.
Christopher A. Richard, 34, of Pinellas Park, was arrested on the charges of dealing in stolen property, burglary structure unoccupied, and grand theft. He was released on March 27.
Tuesday, March 27
William John Cassidy, 55, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of retail theft. Bond was set at $5,000.
Wednesday, March 28
Codey Harper, 18, of Seminole, was arrested on the charges of burglary and VOP burglary. Bond was set at $50,000.
Jonathan Michael Small, 21, of Pinellas Park, was arrested on the charges of aggravated battery/dating violence. Bond was set at $2,500.
Odeen Walker, 21, of St. Petersburg, was arrested on the charge of VOP possession of marijuana with intent to sell/manufacture.
