Addiction and obesity have been identified as the county’s leading health concerns by the Florida Department of Health in Pinellas County’s Community Health Assessment. The assessment is the featured topic Thursday, July 4 on There’s No Place Like Home, the radio show sponsored by the Housing Finance Authority of Pinellas County.
The featured guest is Rebecca Phillips, health equity officer and community liaison with the Office of Performance and Quality Improvement in the Florida Department of Health in Pinellas County. Phillips will provide an overview of the recent Community Health Assessment and what it means for Pinellas County.
