JSOF Tampa Bay Sarcoidosis Support Group is a non-profit 501 (c) (3), charitable organization. Founded in 2003, JSOF is committed to empowering the community through Sarcoidosis Awareness, Education and raising funds for Sarcoidosis Research.
To help raise much needed funds for Sarcoidosis Research, the JSOF Tampa Bay Sarcoidosis group will host a Raise the Praise Gospel concert benefiting Sarcoidosis Research November 9, 2013, 6pm at St John Progressive Missionary Baptist Church, 2504 E Chipco St, Tampa, Florida 33604, Rev Banks, Pastor.
Dr Wonder P Drake, MD, Sarcoidosis Researcher from Vanderbilt University Medical Center will be our guest and will receive donations from this event for her research and Sarcoidosis patient clinical studies. Ms. Je’Niece McCullough, Bernie Mac’s daughter (Bernie Mac died of Sarcoidosis complications) will also be in attendance to tell her fathers story and struggles with Sarcoidosis.
