This class will provide students a lifetime of benefits in learning the practice of Reiki for self-care and as an intervention or treatment for others. Class taught by Kandi Mullen, Reiki Master and Wellness Consultant.

Reiki is a restorative, healing practice that assists the body towards balance and promotes relaxation. A Reiki treatment addresses the whole body and not just individual symptoms. As the body returns to a balanced state, improvement in emotional and physical wellbeing can relieve symptoms from pain, discomfort, stress, side effects from conventional medicine and emotional trauma; helping people to feel better. Reiki practice is also beneficial in aiding healthy, lifestyle changes in all areas of life.

Who should attend this class? Reiki beginners, healers and health professionals are invited to learn, share and grow together. Learning to practice Reiki is a transformative experience that empowers individuals to take an active role in managing their own health through daily self-treatments. There are no limitations as to how one applies Reiki treatments in their life, but rather, empowers individuals to address their needs at any given moment. This class is designed for individuals seeking a simple yet effective healing therapy to treat and balance the whole person - mind, body and spirit.

What you will learn: Students are introduced to the history, principles, treatment methods and protocol, and receive four initiations which commence students to begin the practice of Reiki. The foundation of Level I Reiki training is focused on preparing students to practice Reiki for daily self-care to bring balance into their life, promote relaxation and release stress. Students will share treatments with one another in a supportive and compassionate environment preparing them to offer Reiki as an intervention and treatment for others. At the end of level I training, students will be prepared to offer Reiki to adults, children, pets and animals. Upon conclusion of this training each student will receive a beautiful certificate of completion.
