School Board Chooses Interim Superintendent

John Stewart is a former Polk County superintendent and former deputy superintendent for Pinellas County Schools.

The Pinellas County School Board voted 6-1 to make John Stewart interim superintendent for Pinellas County Schools.

Board member Linda Lerner cast the lone vote against the motion to approve a contract for Stewart.
