Seminole Man Arrested For Two Counts Of Sexual Battery

Pinellas County Sheriff's Office arrested Robert W. Lebohner, 47, of Seminole for two counts of sexual battery, on Monday at 6 p.m.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, Lebohner sexually assaulted a 16-year-old girl during a sleep over.

Lebohner, an acquaintance to the host of the sleep over, spent the night at the home on Saturday. Sometime Sunday morning he assaulted the girl.

Officials said the victim was awoken early Sunday morning by Lebohner sexually assaulting her. She then reported the incidentΒ to the friend's parents who then called law enforcement officials.

During the investigation detectives learned that Lebohner had also sexually battered the 18-year-old friend of the victim ,who was hosting the sleep over. That incident occurred during the summer of 2010 at Lebohner's residence in Seminole, according to the Sheriff’s Office.

Lebohner was arrested for two counts of sexual battery. Lebohner is currently at the county jail. His bail was set at $20,000. Β
