High stress levels can lead to anxiety, high blood pressure, heart attack, or a number of other serious medical conditions. Largo Public Library wants to keep your stress down with a series of programs focusing on meditation, relaxation, and organization to reduce stress.
Kick off Stress Awareness Month this April by visiting the Library for this series of relaxing programs beginning with Creative Coloring for Adults on Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at 6:30pm. Studies have shown that coloring can have a calming effect on the adult mind and helps to promote overall wellness. Take part in this latest trend, meet a new friend, and pick up more information about this stress management series at Largo Public Library.
