The Main Event: Valentine's Cooking Class at Cafe Largo
The first night of the work week doesn't have to be dull. Here's an event to help you beat the Monday blues.
Looking for recipes to create a special Valentine's Day meal for your sweetheart? Join Chef Dominique Christini of Cafe Largo for his love-themed French cooking class this evening. Tonight’s menu includes instructions on making beef tenderloin with bernaise sauce and a decadent "Valentine Love Swan" with chocolate mousse dessert. In addition, participants will learn the fundamentals of Frech cooking techniques.
