Largo and neighboring cities in Pinellas County are under a tornado watch until 8 p.m.

Pinellas County is under a tornado watch until 8 p.m. A low-pressure system is moving through the county bringing thunderstorms and heavy rains to Largo and neighboring cities.
“There’s going to be rain moving in by late afternoon,” said Jennifer Colson, a meteorologist for the National Weather Service in Ruskin.
A tornado watch means that there is a high speed alert and extra caution should be taken, Coleson said.
