Wisconsin's Jetty Boys at Beer Goggles

Wisconsin Pop-Punk trio Jetty Boys made the long voyage to perform Tuesday night at , which is now considered the hub of the Clearwater punk scene. 

Spruce Bringstein, Sharp Females, and Awkward Age kicked the night off with doors opening at 9 p.m. for the show. Jetty Boys took the primetime spot around midnight.

"I heard the touring bands needed a show," said Savage Beat promotor Ryan Hemphill. "So I tried to help them out. Plus, you can't go wrong with mid-west pop punk."

Jetty Boys ripped through almost an hour of high energy, feel good punk rock with a sound in the same vein as The Riverdales or The Queers.

Jetty Boys have their live gig down to a science after playing hundreds of shows over the past five years. 

Starting off with a self titled LP on Rally Records, Jetty Boys soon released another CD called "SHEBOYGON" as well as a split 10" record with Haddonfields on I Hate Punk Rock Records.
