Zack Pile: Honors Student Scores High Achievements in Academics, Beta Club, Arts, Community and School Involvement

Accomplishment: Eighth-grader Zack Pile earns straight A's in PPA's honors program and participates in the school's Beta Club. He volunteers in the club's community projects, participates in the school news tech crew and c0-creates school films.

Keys to Awesomeness: Zack Pile is smart, creative, funny and kind. He excels in many levels: academics, school involvement and community volunteerism. His talents expand into artistic expressions, including writing, music and visual arts. He plays piano, draws his own comics and writes storyboards for films.

A Principal's List student, Pile participates in the honors academic club, Beta Club, in which members are nominated for their high academic achievement, responsibility, leadership potential and community involvement.

He volunteers in the club's community projects, such as fundraising for The American Red Cross and the SPCA of Tampa Bay.

As part of the school news tech crew, Pile works daily before and after school. He enjoys making movies and co-creates school films. He can often be seen in the movies' starring roles, which highlight his humor and creativity.

Pile's big heart can be seen in his love of animals. He has a vast knowledge of all types of animals and has a pet menagerie at home: a dog, cat, rat, parakeet, turtle and fish. Pile's career goal is to use his artistic talents to be a creative writer.
