• FDOT Ready to Begin Intersection Improvements Along S.R. 434 in Longwood (mysanfordherald.com) — Drivers in Longwood should prepare for major safety upgrades along S.R. 434 at Rangeline Road, Grant Street, Wayman Street, and Ronald Reagan Boulevard, starting this fall. The $6.6 million in combined FDOT projects will add new turn lanes, bike lanes, ADA-compliant curb ramps, and better sidewalks and signals, all aimed at reducing crashes and improving traffic flow through some of the city's busiest intersections.
