Update: 1 Person Killed, 1 Seriously Injured In ATV Crash In Pasco

WESLEY CHAPEL, FL — Pasco County Fire Rescue were called to the scene of an ATV rollover accident on Fog Hollow Drive in Wesley Chapel in which one person died.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the accident occurred at 4:28 p.m. Tuesday near Fog Hollow and Solitude drives.

A 61-year-old Wesley Chapel man was driving the ATV east on a private dirt road west of Fog Hollow when he lost control on a curve. The ATV flipped onto its side and both the drive and his passenger, a 62-year-old Wesley Chapel man, were thrown off.

The passenger was killed at the scene.

The driver was flown by a medical helicopter to a nearby hospital as a trauma alert.
