1 Shot Dead During Argument in Zephyrhills; Shooter Arrested

Pasco County sheriff's deputies has arrested a man in connection with a fatal shooting near Gall Boulevard in Zephyrhills.

ZEPHYRHILLS, FL — Pasco County sheriff’s deputies have arrested a 30-year-old man in connection with a fatal shooting Monday near the intersection of Gall Boulevard and Kossick Road in Zephyrhills.

The sheriff's office said Orlando Diaz-Rivera, 30, of Satsuma Drive, Zephyrhills, shot another man he knew during a fight.

The man was taken to the hospital where he died.

Diaz-Rivera was located and arrested Tuesday. He's charged with homicide and felon in possession of a weapon.
