27-Year-Old Motorcyclist Killed On Old Lakeland Highway

DADE CITY, FL — A 27-year-old Weeki Wachee motorcyclist has died following an accident Monday on Old Lakeland Highway.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, at 5:56 p.m. Jessica Lee Manning was riding a Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle, turning left from the southbound lane of the U.S. 98 exit ramp onto Old Lakeland Highway, when she entered the path of a Ford F150 driven by Ralph Howard Huckins, 67, of Dade City.

Manning was pronounced dead at the scene.
