PASCO COUNTY, FL — Three adults and a child were airlifted to the hospital as trauma alerts after a rollover crash on Interstate 75 that backed up traffic during the Friday evening rush hour.

According to Pasco County Fire Rescue, a pickup truck rolled multiple times near mile marker 283, and “multiple patients” were ejected from the truck.
