Accused Of Producing Child Sex Porn, Wesley Chapel Man Indicted

A 30-year-old Wesley Chapel man was indicted Wednesday on charges of producing child sexual abuse images and videos.

WESLEY CHAPEL, FL — A 30-year-old Wesley Chapel man was indicted Wednesday on charges of producing child sexual abuse images and videos.

Clayton Everett Colborn, also known as “Jason Rich,” “Jason,” “Clay,” and “Clayay,” has been charges with two counts of enticement and coercion of a minor to engage in sexual activity, five counts of using minors to produce child sexual abuse images and videos, and one count of possessing child sexual abuse material.

If convicted, Colborn faces a minimum mandatory penalty of 15 years and up to life in federal prison, and a potential life term of supervised release. Colborn must also forfeit his electronic devices and his Chevrolet Corvette, which the indictment said he used while committing the crimes.

According to the indictment, from February 2019 through May 2020, Colborn enticed minors to engage in sexual activity while he took videos and photos.

This case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Ocoee Police Department and the Pasco Sheriff’s Office.
