Accused Shoplifter Arrested Nabbing Clothes From Tommy Hilfiger

One of three accused shoplifters were arrested after a Pasco County Sheriff's sergeant spotted three women stealing clothes.

WESLEY CHAPEL, FL -- One of three accused shoplifters were taken into custody after a Pasco County Sheriff's sergeant spotted three women stealing clothes from the Tommy Hilfiger store at the Tampa Bay Premium Outlets mall, 2300 Grand Cypress Drive, Wesley Chapel.

Pasco Sheriff's Sgt. Michael Rapp was working an extra duty detail at Tommy Hilfiger when he spotted three women concealing merchandise. When they left the store, he confronted them and began to escort them back to the store but they suddenly fled toward the parking lot.

Rapp caught up with them trying to enter a car and all three women fled in different directions. An on-duty deputy saw one woman running along State Road 56 in front of the mall and, after a short foot pursuit, apprehended and arrested Dominique Days, 25. of St. Petersburg, who has multiple convictions for retail theft.
