• 8th annual 9/11 Memorial Mile walk in Lutz honors 25 years since September 11 attacks (tampabay28.com) — Lutz residents gathered at Tampa Premium Outlets for the 8th annual 9/11 Memorial Mile Walk, honoring the 25th anniversary of the attacks with veterans, first responders, and neighbors. Keynote speaker Lt. Col. Max Bowers shared his Afghanistan experiences, while Pasco Sheriff's Sgt. Ryan Jackson, wounded earlier this year, completed the mile with his K-9 Blake in a moving show of resilience and service.
