IERNA’S Employees Hit a Homerun with Perfect Attendance

Perfact Attendance Means Rays Game for Ierna's Employees!

It was announced that every employee who had perfect attendance for the month would be taken to the Rays game with a guest courtesy of Ron and Charlene Ierna. Charlene Ierna the President of Ierna’s Heating and Cooling said, “Attendance is an important part of work ethic. Regular attendance and punctuality increases the quality of job performance and effectiveness of a business.”

In all, 31 employees succeeded with perfect attendance, 24 of which were able to attend the Rays game! There was more to this game then just a job well done to the employees, it was also World Habitat Day. The United Nations designated the first Monday of October as a day to celebrate the basic right of all to adequate shelter. It is also intended to remind the world of its collective responsibility for the future of the human habitat. Habitat for Humanity was featured in this particular games’ Community Corner.  Of the tickets Habitat sold, including the Ierna’s tickets, Habitat for Humanity was given a portion of the proceeds. What a great way to reward such reliable employees and give to a great cause!
