Crash Closes U.S. 41 for a Time

State troopers say the accident happened when a driver failed to stop for a red light at the intersection with State Road 54.

Two people were hospitalized following a Tuesday morning crash in Land O’ Lakes.

The Florida Highway Patrol says a 2012 Hyundai driven by Tracey Hedges, 52, of Spring Hill was heading northbound on U.S. 41 and failed to stop for a red light at the State Road 54 intersection.
