Custody Argument Leads To Shooting In Lutz
Pasco County Sheriff's deputies are investigating a domestic dispute that has resulted in a shooting.
LUTZ, FL -- Pasco County Sheriff's deputies are investigating a domestic dispute that has resulted in a shooting.
Deputies received a call at 4:45 p.m. Wednesday, March 14, for a domestic dispute at 24515 Cross Cut Road in Lutz.
Preliminary information indicates a child custody dispute resulted in an altercation between the mother and father of a young child. During the dispute, the father allegedly shot the mother's boyfriend in the leg. He has been transported to a local hospital in stable condition.
