DADE CITY, FL β A 13-year-old student has been charged with false report of the use of a firearm after implying he was going to shoot a teacher at James Irvin Education Center in Dade City.
According to the Pasco County Sheriff's Office, the Dade City boy was disrupting a fifth-period class at the education center at 35830 State Road 52 and refused the teacher's demands to sit down. Eventually, the teacher demanded that he leave the class. When he refused, two staff members arrived to force him to leave the class.
As he was being escorted out, he commented, "This is not over. I got my Glock 9," seeming to imply that he had access to a Glock 9 semi-automatic handgun.
