Vegan Cooking Class October 18th @ 2pm

The Food Pharmacist, Evelisse Capo, PharmD teams up with guest speaker Dustin Rudolph, PharmD, author of “The Empty Medicine Cabinet” to show you how to gain control of your health through simple steps in the kitchen!

In this class they will prepare easy to follow crowd-pleasing recipes that are nutritionally dense, plant based, low fat and unprocessed.
