Health Department Closes Unlicensed Massage Parlor In Lutz

LUTZ, FL – An unlicensed massage parlor in Lutz has been shut down following an undercover investigation.

After receiving a report that the Ying Yang Relaxation Spa at 26314 Wesley Chapel Blvd., Lutz, was operating without a license, an investigator from the Florida Department of Health visited the massage parlor undercover and requested a massage from the owner, Shu Ying Ma, 60.

While there, the investigator encountered a customer who has just received a one-hour massage for $70 plus a $20 tip.

According to the Department of Health, the business previously had a license but it expired. Ma was charged with practicing massage without a license.
