Hot Rods' Customer Will Miss the Food
Longtime customer Tim Masters laments the loss of his favorite barbecue joint.
As Hot Rods BBQ marked its last day, May 2, lots of old-time customers stopped by to pay their respects to the Lutz landmark that's been serving up hot food and cold drinks for more than 17 years.
Tim Masters was among those who dropped in to wish owner Rod Gaudin a fond farewell.
When he heard about Hot Rods closing, Masters said, "I lost my mind. Now I have no place to go for this type of food."
