INTERNATIONAL DINING ON A DIET with Marcy Palmeri

High Protein, Low Carb, Low Sugar Combinations to look for when

I’m entertaining the idea of dining my way around our area and others, to look for new and exciting ways to eat, new combinations, etc. Perhaps taking pictures and even ratings of the various food options. What do you think? As often as the Hubola and I used to dine out, I found it necessary to seek not only different protein combinations, but unique ways to consume the foods that some dieters may consider off limits.

Don’t rule out a dish merely because its enveloped in a carb…. Envelopes were made to be opened!

*** One more thing… Thank you for reading my blog. You could have clicked on anything and I know that. I’d like to continuously improve the quality of information and the way its presented. I’m open to suggestions. One thing I truly believe in when it comes to my group (my Facebook group: WL Solutions and when I Volunteer daily as a Weight Loss Coach) is keeping it positive and genuinely supportive. While I share a lot on this blog, my FB group and people like you is where I get a lot of my inspiration.

Reach out to me in the group and via email! Marcy.Palmeri@gmail.com Enjoy!
