Update Lutz Man Reported Missing Has Been Found

Update Jan. 3, 4:55 p.m.: The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office is reporting that William Monetti has been located at a Walmart in Wesley Chapel.

Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Deputies are looking for help to locate a 75-year-old Lutz man they say is missing and endangered.

Deputies say William Monetti was last seen by his daughter around 1 p.m. today, Jan. 3, walking in the area of Forrest Drive and Lutz Lake Fern Road.

He is described as a white male who is about 5 feet, 11 inches tall. He has grey hair and was last seen wearing glasses, a yellow and tan shirt, a green jacket with stripes and black tennis shoes.

Anyone with information about Monetti’s whereabouts is asked to call the sheriff’s office at 813-247-8200.
