Odessa Man Dies After Crashing On State Road 54

A 68-year-old Odessa man was died Tuesday ​after experiencing a medical problem while driving on State Road 54.

LUTZ, FL -- A 68-year-old Odessa man died Tuesday after experiencing a medical problem while driving on State Road 54.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, James K. Conahan was driving a Toyota Rav west on State Road 54 near Wesley Chapel Boulevard at 8:18 p.m. Feb. 26 when he began having a medical problem.

He was taken to an area hospital where he died.
