There are OBSTACLES in everyone’s life. RISE to the challenge. Be an OVERCOMER and one day, share your story with others so they know it can be done. Maybe you are OBESE. Maybe you’re only 30-50 pounds overweight, but you don’t look the way you used to. Maybe you’re not as healthy as you once were. That was YESTERDAY. Today… As of right now, this minute, things are changing within you. Right this second, you can make the decision that your very next bite will include something your body needs. The next words that come from your mouth are words someone else needs to hear. Your next thought will be a positive one… one that will carry you throughout the day. Right now… this second. Take the very first step to being the person you want to be. That means you are no longer the person you were moments ago. You’re on your way to being who you were meant to be. You really can do it. Take it one moment at a time and revel in each of them.
