Pasco Man Accused Of Beating His Daughter With His Metal Crutches
A Crystal Springs man has been charged with aggravated battery after deputies say he repeatedly struck his daughter with crutches.

CRYSTAL SPRINGS, FL -- A Crystal Springs man has been charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon after deputies say he repeatedly struck his daughter with his metal crutches.
According to Pasco County Sheriff's deputies, on Feb. 28 Shane Curtis Delong, 49, of Bobolink Street got into a verbal fight with his daughter that turned physical when deputies say he hit her in the head and chest with his crutches.
When the daughter fell to the ground, deputies said Delong began punching her in the face. When she tried to get up, deputies said Delong kept kicking her down.

The victim's mother witness the assault and tried to pull Delong off her daughter.
Deputies said the daughter had visible bruises, scratches and swelling.

Delong is being held without bond.
