ZEPHYRHILLS, FL -- A 28-year-old mother was arrested after her 2-year-old was found walking alone toward State Road 54 in Zephyrhills.

Jordan Leigh Carr is facing charges of child neglect for leaving her toddler at home alone while she went to work as a cashier at Hardee's at 36502 State Road 54.

On Wednesday, April 3, a resident found the 2-year-old walking alone toward State Road 54. The resident took the child to a fire station.
