Pasco Sheriff Seeks Lutz Road Rage Shooter; Victim Shot In Face
Pasco County Sheriff's deputies are continuing to search for a man who shot two people on Friday, Aug. 3 during a road rage incident.
LUTZ, FL – Pasco County Sheriff’s deputies are continuing to search for a man who shot two people on Friday, Aug. 3 during an apparent road rage incident.
The sheriff's office received a call at 9:43 p.m. indicating that a man was shot in the face after a road rage incident at the intersection of Lake Como Drive and Moss Branch Court. The woman driver also received a minor gunshot wound.
Deputies say the gunshot victims were at a four-way stop at Lake Como and Moss Branch when they encountered another vehicle driving without its lights on.

The female driver flashed her vehicle lights at the other vehicle to indicate that the vehicle's lights were not on.
As both vehicles passed through the intersection, the driver in the vehicle with no lights fired a shotgun at the victim's vehicle.

The woman received a minor injury to her arm but the male was shot in his face. He is expected to live but is in serious condition. The sheriff’s office is not releasing their names.
The shooter’s 2006 white Chrysler 300 was recovered in Tampa but the owner, Luis Ramund Brito, 49, of 4330 Lobo Lane, Lot 6, Land O' Lakes, remains at large and should be considered armed and dangerous.
He is described as a Hispanic male, 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing 177 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Anyone who sees him or knows his whereabouts should call 911 immediately.
