Sleeping Homeless Man Refused To Leave McDonald's

A homeless man has been charged with threatening a McDonald's restaurant manager with a knife after refusing the leave the restaurant.

WESLEY CHAPEl, FL -- A homeless man has been charged with threatening a McDonald's restaurant manager with a knife after refusing the leave the restaurant.

According to the Pasco County Sheriff's Office, homeless resident Charles Lumley Jr., 28, was sleeping in the McDonald's at 27643 Wesley Chapel Blvd., Aug. 11. When the manager asked him to leave, Lumley reportedly refused and threatened the manager with a pocket knife.

Lumley then fled but was later located by K9 Sgt. William Ferguson and arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
