Wesley Chapel Man Accused Of Knocking Woman Out With Propane Tank
A Wesley Chapel man has been accused of striking a woman on the head with a propane cylinder.

WESLEY CHAPEL, FL -- A Wesley Chapel man has been charged with domestic battery with a deadly weapon after Pasco County Sheriff's deputies say he knocked a woman out with a propane cylinder.
Angel Luis Sanchez-Baez, 42, was arrested Thursday, March 28 at his home in Wesley Chapel.
Deputies were called to the home when an argument between Sanchez-Baez and a woman turned physical after the victim saw text messages that indicated he was cheating on her.

The woman told deputies that, after she confronted him, Sanchez-Baez grabbed a green propane cylinder and hit her in the back of the head when she turned away from him to try to leave the house.
The woman said she fell to the ground and was knocked unconscious. When she woke up, she said she was lying face down on the ground and she heard Sanchez-Baez say, "I should kill you right now."

The victim said she tried to leave but Sanchez-Baez blocked the door and pushed her away, telling her, "You are not leaving until the swelling goes down." Deputies say there was an abrasion and swelling on the back of the victim's head.
Deputies say the woman was able to get out of the house and call deputies while Sanchez-Baez was on the phone.
Sanchez-Baez was arrested for domestic aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and false imprisonment.
