Update: 2 Dead Following Crash On US 301 In Pasco

PASCO COUNTY, FL — A second driver has died following a crash on U.S. 301 south of Ashbrook Drive Wednesday night.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Donathan Paul Buck II, 28, of Trilby died at Lakeland Regional Hospital Thursday after being transported there in critical condition.

April Ann Musgrove, 43, of Ridge Manor woman died at at the scene of the crash.

At 9:45 p.m. Feb. 26, Buck was driving a GMC Sierra north on U.S. 301, approaching Ashbrook Drive, while Musgrove was heading south on U.S. 301 in a Chevrolet Malibu.

According to the FHP, the Sierra drifted onto the outside shoulder of the road and Buck over-corrected, causing the Sierra to cross the median into the path of the Malibu.
