Your Body Will Catch up to Your Efforts

Just a little reminder... The scale is not the only thing that determines our improved health and well being. Is it a little easier to button those pants? When you sit at the table do your pants give you a little less trouble? Your shoes... are they easier to get on and maybe not as tight? Do you FEEL a little better? IF YOU'RE DOING .... all (or most) of the right things... Eating UR PROTEIN, Cutting back on those NASTY Carbs, decreasing your Sugar and that scale isn't moving.... if you're taking a walk or 2 a day and the scale has either stayed the same for a week or 2 .... but you're FEELing a little better, isn't that enough for now, until your body CATCHES UP to all your EFFORTS? You WILL lose weight. Relax and enjoy your body's new healthiness.
