Zephyrhills Man Accused A 2nd Time Of Molesting Little Girl

ZEPHYRHILLS, FL — A 59-year-old Zephyrhills man has been arrested after being accused of molesting a little girl for the second time.

According to the Pasco County Sheriff's Office, Francisco Vallejo of Otis Allen Road was first charged with sexual battery when the girl was 3 years old. He has been arrested again on a charge of sexual battery on the same girl, who is now 5 years old.

On Nov. 3, nearly a year and eight months after the first allegation was made, the little girl's mother contacted the sheriff's office to report that she'd found her daughter, now 5, in a "compromising position" with Vallejo.

The mother said he was holding her daughter's legs open and was positioned between him. She fought Vallejo off her daughter and ordered him out of the house she shares with him.

Just as he did in 2018, Vallejo confessed to the sexual battery charge and was taken to the Land O' Lakes Detention Center.
